These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dragon Zap Education Desktop Application (the “App”), provided by Dragon Zap Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in England and Wales, UK. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you (“you” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not download, install, or use the App.
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not: copy, modify, or distribute the App; sell, lease, or sublicense the App; reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code; or use the App in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. Any unauthorized use terminates this license automatically.
You agree to: use the App in compliance with all applicable laws; be solely responsible for any data, files, or content you create or manage through the App; and maintain the security of your device and account credentials (if applicable). We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or unauthorized access arising from your failure to comply with these responsibilities.

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or system failure, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. You use the App entirely at your own risk.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales, UK, without regard to conflict of law principles.

The App and its features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Dragon Zap Ltd expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Dragon Zap Ltd or through the App shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
Furthermore, Dragon Zap Ltd shall not be liable for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download or use of the App. You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of the App and its services is at your sole risk.
The version of Dragon Zap Education app that you are using is provided as a beta version. As a beta version, the App is still under testing and continuous development. Therefore, it may not function as intended, and its operation may be unpredictable.
We strive to enhance the App's functionality continuously, but as this is a beta version, there is a possibility that the App and any of its features may not operate correctly. This could lead to unexpected results such as performance issues, data loss, or files being inadvertently left on your system.
In particular, the functionality to delete files or data within the App may not always perform as expected, and files may sometimes be left behind on the system. We encourage users to manually verify the removal of all files and data if the in-app delete function does not work as expected. The cache files on Windows systems for the app are stored at C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\DragonZapEducation and on Linux systems the files are stored at /home/USERNAME/.config/DragonZapEducation. Should you wish to verify if cache data has been deleted, you can check these directories and manually delete them if necessary.
Your use of this beta version signifies your understanding of these limitations and your agreement to use the App at your own risk. Dragon Zap Ltd disclaims any liability for the issues that may arise from the beta version's use, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
