Hi, if you are setting a static IP during installation you dont need to edit the subnet. /24 is the same as 255.255.255.0. If you are editing the IP after installation you will need to look up how to set a static IP. There are many good guides online, just be sure you are at the server or have console access when doing it in case it drops off the network, so you can still connect to it.
